Have you heard of seen this book yet? Available for $13.73 on Amazon right now. He says it’s based on science? I doubt that! Here are some highlights:
- Skip Breakfast
- Take Cold Baths
- 2 Cups of Black coffee in the morning on an empty stomach
- Blow up a balloon to work out your abs
To me this book seems like a complete joke. There seems many risky things that he suggests in this book. Many things that we know to be counterproductive. He says he’s not targeting a younger crowd, but with a title like this how could he not? “Get Skinnier than all your friends”??? What do you think?
